Getting Started

Timelines can vary hugely based on project complexity, content readiness and feedback response times. A basic page can take up to a week, while an ecommerce page with a large catalogue could take a month upwards.

We'll need your brand assets (logos, colours, fonts), existing content or content brief, examples of websites you like, your target audience information and any specific functionality requirements. Don't worry if you don't have everything ready - we can help you develop these during our discovery phase.

While we're based in London and offer in-person consultations locally, we work with clients across the UK and internationally. Most of our collaboration happens digitally through video calls, project management tools and secure file sharing.

Services & Process

For monthly services like content creation, marketing and digital management, we typically work on a month-to-month basis with 30 days notice for cancellation. This gives you flexibility while allowing us to plan effectively for your campaigns.

Our 3-month support includes bug fixes, minor content updates, security monitoring, performance optimisation and technical support via email and phone. This ensures your website runs smoothly after launch and gives you peace of mind.

Yes! Content creation is one of our core services. We can help with website copy, blog posts, social media content and marketing materials. We work with you to develop your brand voice and create content that resonates with your audience.

Yes, we develop e-commerce websites using platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce and custom solutions. We focus on creating user-friendly shopping experiences that convert visitors into customers while integrating with your business operations.

Process & Communication

We include up to 3 rounds of revisions in our web design projects. We use collaborative tools to gather feedback efficiently and keep projects on track. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at our standard hourly rate.

We provide quotes on an ad hoc basis for any changes or updates needed after your website launches. Whether it's minor content updates or major new features, we'll give you a quote for each request.

We build all websites with SEO best practices including proper site structure, meta tags, fast loading speeds, mobile optimisation and clean code. For ongoing SEO and marketing, we offer dedicated services to improve your search rankings over time.

Technical & Security

All our websites are built with a mobile-first approach, ensuring they look and function perfectly on smartphones, tablets and desktops. We test across multiple devices and browsers before launch.

We implement SSL certificates, secure hosting and follow web security best practices. For ongoing projects, we monitor for security threats and can provide security updates as needed to keep your website protected.

During your support period, we monitor your website and respond quickly to any technical issues. We also provide guidance on reliable hosting solutions and can recommend backup and recovery services for additional peace of mind.

Payment & Contracts

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our work. If you're not happy with the initial design concepts, we'll work with you to make it right or provide a full refund of your deposit. Once development begins, refunds are prorated based on work completed.

We don't require any upfront payment or deposits. Payment for your website is due upon completion and must be made before we release the website to you. Monthly services are billed at the beginning of each month.

No hidden fees! We provide transparent quotes upfront. The only additional expenses might be third-party services you choose (like premium plugins, stock photos or hosting), which we'll discuss and get approval for before purchasing.
